What a much needed, relaxing, and most amazing vacation. Every summer we try to pick someplace we can drive to for a few days, rent a house, and just chill out. I'm such a homebody to begin with, so my idea of a vacation is spending most of the time at the house, cooking, chilling. There was plenty of kayaking on Lake Michigan, our kayaks are named the Loretter (after my late step-mother), and the jalapeno. Also plenty of eating, drinking, and searching for Petoski Stones! My daughter Fiona loves the camera, which is why there are more pics of her here! Penelope, not so much. She is 14 after all. I even took house pics for the owner to use online. Love real estate photography. We will definitely have to go back!
